Discounts based on Customer

    I am new to this plugin but don’t seem to be able to make it work. I have the “Pro” version. I have created a discount based on a customer name. The discount is a blanket 20% of the invoice product. But when I create a new invoice and assign it to one of the customers that I have assigned the discount to, I see no discount. What am I doing wrong?

    Please read more about cart discount rules here. Cart discount rules are like WooCommerce coupons but advanced.

    Just please note that the plugin discounts are working on the frontend orders and doesn’t work on the manual admin orders.
