    Hi there!

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. To assist you further, could you please share the system status report again?

Also, does this happen with a specific product, or is it always the most expensive product that gets discounted? Are you able to replicate the issue on your site? Have you tried placing some test orders using random coupons?

Finally, could you please try using the same coupon code that was applied in that order and let us know if it works for you?

    Hi @shahzeenfarooq

    Thanks for reaching out.

I was not able to replicate this issue, now I will try some test orders and see.
Each item is one of a kind — once someone buys it, it’s sold out.
I never used coupons, I don’t want to and they are disabled.

    Hi there!

Thank you for sharing more details about the issue. I can see you are using the plugin Payment Gateway Based Fees and Discounts for WooCommerce. This plugin allows discounts to be applied based on the payment gateway the customer chooses.

By default, if a coupon is used for a product, it will appear in the Order Summary. I checked your order details page screenshot you shared in previous ticket, and since no coupon code is appearing, this indicates that the discount was applied either through the plugin or via custom code.

To assist you further, could you please confirm if the new orders you are receiving now show a coupon code under the discount? You can check this by going to WooCommerce → Orders → Edit Order — if the discount is from a coupon, the coupon code will be listed there. If no coupon code is showing, it likely means a custom code or a plugin on your site is applying the discount.

For testing purposes, could you please try deactivating the Payment Gateway Based Fees and Discounts for WooCommerce plugin, and then test with another payment gateway such as Stripe for WooCommerce, to see if the issue still occurs?

I also noticed you are using the Code Snippets plugin. Could you please let us know exactly what custom code you are running there? The more information we have, the more accurately we can assist you.
