    If the plugin is disabled and words added to the disallowed list, and the plugin is re-enabled, will the disallowed list still be utilized as normal by (e.g.) CF7 for spam protection?

    Is there any way to access the discussion settings admin page while this plugin is active to make use of the disallowed list to prevent spam submissions on forms?

    Hi @radialyr ,

    Hope you’re doing good.
    Yes, If you deactivate Disable Comments and configure the words from the Disallowed Comment Keys and re-enable Disable Comments, that disallowed list still be utilized since it’s stored on the database. Have a look at this video I just tested: https://d.pr/v/Oro0zO

    Besides that, if you setup your Disable Comments by selecting the Post Types instead of Everywhere, you will find the Discussion settings back on your Dashboard setting. Have a look: https://d.pr/i/MitXmA
