Discussion Settings issues

I’m getting a weird error when ever I try to change a setting in the discussion settings. Whenever I click to save the changes to the settings it brings me to an error page with the message ‘It looks like nothing was found at this location. Maybe try searching for it?’ and the url points to ‘wp-admin/options.php’. However, when I update any of the other settings, I don’t get any errors

I’m also not receiving emails when a comment has been submitted for approval even though it is set that way in the settings. Not sure if these problems are related
