Disk Usage Warning
-
My site http://wandandian.org.au is hosted on a 100mb disk space plan and I quite often receive a Disk Usage Warning that I am running out of space. In the past I just assumed it was because of all the email spam I had been receiving, because whenever I deleted the spam the usage figure returned to a reasonable figure. However today I looked more closely at the actual disk usage via cPanel and the folders with high disk usage are public_html which uses 47.87mb (as would be expected) and tmp which uses 40.18mb.
Within the tmp folder the analog folder appears to have the biggest files. Can I delete any of the files in the tmp folder or would that create problems? I am a bit unsure of the purpose of many of the files and don’t want to risk removing files that are important.
Thanks for any advice received.
