Dismember a table

Hey guys,

Sometimes we create a table with several rows and after it’s filled with text (https://prnt.sc/1vwbi9d), we realize that we need to separate the table (https://prnt.sc/1vwbky4) maybe to insert some text outside the table or we just want to keep it separate.

How can we do this after filling the table?
