display attachement description

I want to display the description you can enter for each media file. This description should contain track info, musicians, right, credits etc. descriptions are post contents in the DB. I can see that they are in the “grab_library_info() function” but they seem to get lost some where along the way. They should contain brake characters and hyperlinks so caption isn’t good enough.
