    Hi Damian,

    I don’t seem to be able to make it work. I add #spu-277 to a url of my site but the popup doesn’t show up.

    How do I make it work? Do I have to leave the popup ON or OFF?

    Luis Popup should be on. You could choose manual trigger option and set cookies to 0
