ive built my own theme , but i cant seem to get the blog posts to appear on a selected page , what is the correct way to do this

thanks tara , what is the simple process of displaying the blog posts , ive read , and read , and read some more , but the specific answer eludes me

basically ive built it from nothing ,the other pages are fine on the general template ive posted test posts , but i dont know how to display the blog posts onto the blog page ??

Sorry, I am not a theme developer.

However, my suggestion would be to study the WP default themes (e.g., Twenty Ten through Twenty thirteen), and see how they have done it. That info might point you in the right direction.
