    Hi,
    I somehow don´t get along displaying the form that clients can fill with teszimonials in the fronend..
    When I insert the shortcode of the form view in the page in only shows “Required fild”.. (see: http://www.mathelotsen-hamburg.de/bewertungen ). Maybe it´s just a little stupid mistake or do I therefore need some pro upgrade of the plugin?
    I would be thankful for a short answer!

    Thanks a lot!
    Jenny

    The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    That’s odd. Are the fields displayed in the form preview in admin > Testimonials > Fields?

    Can you switch to a default theme like Twenty Sixteen for a moment and see if the fields are displayed?

    Is there a specific reason for not using the latest version of WordPress?

    Hi, thank you for your answer! The fields are beeing displayed in the backend in admin, testimonials, fields!
    I updated WordPress to the newest version but this doesn´t change anything..
    I switched to TwentyFourteen and then it works actually!
    The theme I am using is named Dorayaki from Elmastudio.
    Do you think it will be possible to fix this?
    Thanks 1000 times again! 🙂

    The theme is hiding ALL forms by default for some reason, probably for some fancy animation. I suggest you contact their support to ask if that’s necessary.

    Meanwhile, try adding this to the Additional CSS section in the Customizer:

    #wpmtst-submission-form { display: block; }
