By default, this is not possible with WordPress or our plugin. Our plugin only makes it possible to create a column for custom fields (metadata) that is already available for posts/users.
You can use a plugin like ACF, Pods or Toolset types to make these field appear in your User edit screen. Our plugin integrates perfectly with these add-ons.
