Display custom php template file

Hi,

I think this is easy, I just can’t seem to find the solution or the correct wording for it through google.

I’ve duplicated the index template and edited so that only certain categories show up, and a custom image is displayed for each clone.

I’ve labeled these files and uploaded them into the theme template. e.g. feature.php.

How do I display these files or get to them publicly?
