Display different content fro languages using shortcode

    I have a popup that is appearing in both English & Irish versions of the site. I need the Irish site to have Irish popup & vice versa for the English version. The popup doesn’t allow me to show different popups per languages though so is there way I can show/hide different content using shortcodes for each language?
