Display error

Hi,

I’m using 3D Flipbook to build a page showing my PDFs grouped by category, here is the shortcode I’m using:

[3d-flip-book mode=”fullscreen” cols=”1″ tax=”23″ title=”true” style=”height:90%;background-color:#caf0f8;”][/3d-flip-book]

Unfortunately, when the page is loaded, some miniatures show a blank page with a little sad emoticon on the top left corner, when I open fullscreen view all the pages are present but they all are blank.

Am I doing something wrong? Is there anything I can do to fix it?
