Display error in Backend

Hi at all,

I tried to work with this plugin, but I get a display error in the backend.

This is the error message:

I can’t see the single fields and contents of the single configuration tabs. Only if I create a new form the contents are editable.

I work in a local development setting an wordpress 4.3.3

Is there a solution for this issue?
