Display Field Name before Value

Does anybody know how I could modify the plugin to display for every custom field not only the value, but the field name too?

I mean, there is the ‘Configure Your Members List Mark-Up’-settings page, where each field has an adressable label name, a Field Name and the markup.

I want the Plugin to display like this:

First Name: John
Second Name: Smith
Position: Developer
Departement: Design
Chief Position: Yes.
etc….

For now the only thing it does is this:

John
Smith
Developer
Design
Yes
