Display fields in a list

    Hi,
    I tested your plugin and it works fine for importing many users.
    My client wants to have a new custom user field to be able to register the presence of users at a workshop.
    Whith your plugin the data could be imported into WP.
    Question:
    How do I create a new custom user field and how do I create a list that displays this new field as a column?
