Display Fields in Single Record

    I’m looking for assistance with modifying the single record template.

    I would like to display two fields per line. Ex:

    CERTIFICATION | DATE
    CERTIFICATION | DATE

    Is that possible? And can someone provide me with an idea of what I need to add to the template to get that done?
