Display Form Link

Good day! Great plugin, really haven’t found another one like it. I was trying to check for a way to display the form at a later point in case the user didn’t fill it (e.g. by closing the window accidentally) after successfully checking out. In that case, would they lose the opportunity to fill out the form, or can it be displayed somehow for that user? I tried the order page, but it only displays the order details, not the form.
