I think, your Premium Xamin theme is load all page content by ajax.
The issue is your theme is only load content of the page. Other necessary assets such as (js, css) to render code block is not loaded.
So, This plugin does not identify where is code block and how it render.
So, code block will not rendered as it should.
You have to make some changes to work this plugin with your theme.
It is compatibility issue, not plugin issue.
So, I am not able to give that kind of support here.
