display issues on different devices? cache info?

i’ve set up wptouch before and didn’t run into any issues. can someone help me figure out what i’m missing….

i’ve got the core settings set up to display the mobile theme on all pages. however i can’t seem to get it working properly on any of my devices.

on an iphone4: it displays the main page in mobile, but every other page as desktop.
on a lg tablet: it displays everything in desktop mode.
on a windows 7 pc with chrome: all pages display in the mobile theme with no option to switch at bottom (despite that switch link showing properly on iphone4).

google found a solution i’d like to try on your website, as suggested in several support threads, but it seems to be only for wptouch pro customers?
