Assuming you are running the latest version of the plugin, you can auto-display submitted images by enabling the setting “Images Auto-Display”, which is located near the bottom of the plugin settings.
I have the setting Images auto-Display but only one image are didplayed

Do you see the submitted images attached to the submitted post as custom fields?
If the images are included as Custom Fields attached to the submitted post, then the setting to auto display images should display them. If that is not happening you need to troubleshoot your plugins and theme to see if anything is interfering with normal functionality. Here is a tutorial on how to troubleshoot WordPress:

I have now tested the UPS in another website with a different theme ( photocrati ) and here it works with multiple images.
But here the field is not visible for the username in the form fields??? I have checked that the settings is “display and require
Check the setting, “Registered Username”. If you enable that option, the Name field is not displayed. So disable it to display the Name field.
