    Hello,
    I’m using SMTP Plugin to my site and “Mailer” is Google/Gmail. When someone order a product on my website or send a message using contact form on my site, I receive notification in my Gmail Inbox. But the issue is, The Display name is showing as “me” and I want to change it.

    So is there any setting in SMTP or anything else by using I can change it?

    Hi @learnings,

    Thanks for reaching out! When you’re sending emails to your own email account, it will like that.

    You can either send your notifications to a different email address (set a “send tp” email address under the form notification settings) or use a different Gmail account to set as your “from email”.

    `Okay, I understand.

    As you said, I can’t change the display name “me”. But it was not like this before.
    After configuring the SMTP then this issue happened. And I want to change it to my Website Name.

    Hi @learnings,

    As I have tested using a couple of other email accounts, this is actually controlled by Google.

    If you can use a different email address to configure the Gmail mailer on your site, then you should be able to see that display name.
