Display only certain categories

    I have several categories and would like to group them in 2. In my sidebar I’d like instead of categories to display ‘Title 1’ and display certain categories only under that.

    Under ‘Title 2’ I’d like the remaining categories to be displayed.

    If I choose 2 categories widgets, I have the 2 titles, but all categories get displayed under each title. How do I hide the unwanted categories? Or how do I choose multiple categories only to display?
