Display Picture – cubic theme

Hey,

I’m using the cubic theme with my blog and I want to make the display picture much bigger (it’s just a temporary picture at the moment, and put the title of my blog next to the picture (so it is in the middle). Can anyone help me with the code for this?

Also my tagline is not in the right place but I don’t know how to fix that.
