Is there a way to display all my posts as a list or in a table?
I tried the [archives] short code but couldn’t get that to work at all?

There isn’t an [archives] shortcode within WordPress. You can list your posts in any way that you want using The Loop.

Thanks for that esmi that helped. Just a bit stuck on how I can display the category as a title, then each article in that category? This is my code so far.
