Hi:

I’m not sure why that is showing up there. Are there any Javascript errors on the page?

Those elements are from the privacy popup. Do they still appear if you turn off off the privacy button in TICKETS->SETTINGS->PRIVACY?

Also, I assume you’re using Version 5.7.1?

Hello,

Yes it still appear.
On same page, french version I haven’t it.
NO JS Error in Console and 5.7.1 version 🙁

No, with Polylang deactivated, this is the same.
In French no problem(https://www.thivinfo.com/soumettre-un-ticket/ )
