Display restricted message once again

I have some posts with restricted blocks and it worked fine, like here: https://planszowkiwedwoje.pl/2020/03/dodatki-jak-to-z-nimi-jest/.
An logged out user sees the bolded “DALSZA CZĘŚĆ WPISU DOSTĘPNA DLA PATRONÓW” text and below the restricted message.

Now, I just created another text with same settings, but the restricted message isn’t visible: https://planszowkiwedwoje.pl/2021/04/insert-folded-space-brzdek-w-kosmosie/

Both have same settings:
blocks visible to all users
bolded text visible for logged out users
blocks visible for logged in users with.
