Display rows upon Admin approval

Great plugin – thank you!

I have this plugin displaying form submissions (via FS Contact Form) from the last 7 days using shortcodes, but now I need to add another condition. I would like to have the site’s owner “Approve” the display of a record (row) before the record displays on the site, similar to approving a comment on a post.

Is there a good way to do this with the software in place, or do I have to write code that would create an extra field, then place a Dashboard widget in the Admin side of the site where my client can check “Approve” on a list / form?
