Display Rules Not Working

    The display rules don’t appear to be working on my client’s Woocommerce site. I have them set to…
    + Select product categories
    + Is Not
    + My relevant selections (there’s 6 of them)

    I would expect the pop-ups to only show up on the product pages of products that are NOT included in the product categories I selected. But the pop-up shows up on the home page as well as some category pages as well.

    Is this a bug? Or am I doing something wrong?
