    Hi.
How do I make the product page show only the specific attributes for the chosen variation product in the Additinal information field?
As it is now it shows all information for all variations.
I want my customers to see the specific attributes for the variation they have chosen.
How do I do that. Is there a function or a plugin for that.
    Any suggestions?

If I understand you correctly you want to add additional information for each Variation. That is usually done inside the description for that variation.

Click on the Variation and then scroll a bit to the bottom and you’l see Description. Fill it out and then when user selects they’ll see what you wrote.

Hope that’s what you’re looking for.

    Thanks for the answer.
Ok so that is where is should be.
We have around 1000 product each one with 50 variations. All of the attributes of those 50.000 variations I have in the global attributes in woocommerce.
Its weight, size, dimension and a link to assembly instruction.
Can someone suggest how I get it into the short description field then without entering it manually?

Or do anyone have a better solution for showing specifications of a selected variation?
    Thanks for helping

Whoa. That’s a lot of products. The only way I know how is thru the database. There may be a plugin out there that can do it but I’m not sure.

I have a plugin to do bulk editing, Ican do it. I read somewhere that custom field could be used and that would be perfect for me. I also can bulk edit those.
But how do I get custom fields to show up in the short description area on tje product page? O have googled but have not found an answer.
    Does anyone know?

These guys always give great instructions

    And there’s also this.
    https://barn2.co.uk/woocommerce-custom-fields/

If that doesn’t work let me know.

First I want to say big thanks for helping!

The first linkshows how to add add information to the description.
Thats a bit what I need, but the way to do it with so many product variations.
The second link, I own their product table but I havent been able to use it yet since I have nowhere to put the shortcode.
If I should go with the Barn2 media product table I would need to create an area right above the .woocommerce-tabs .wc-tabs-wrapper here Screenshot of where the table could show

The other option might be to create custom fields from the global attributes (where all data is now) and add those custom fields to the variations “Description”.

What do you thik is the best way to go?
