Display table from .csv file

    I received a .csv file to replace an outdated one. I used the import example
    [tables file="belmontdistrict.org/wp-content/csv/members2015.csv"][/tables]
    to display the table, but I get a ‘Error reading file/URL.’ message.
    I am using the [tables] shortcode as it was suggested to avoid a conflict with another plugin TablePress, which I am attempting to replace with yours.
    I can import the .csv file into TablePress and it displays the table.

    is where the error message occurs.
