    Hi @takayukister the site is hidden so you will need to update your host file to view it since it’s still under construction. Is this custom code still working https://contactform7.com/2015/01/10/adding-a-custom-form-tag/?

    Hi, leslieannetd, I’m another CF7 user.

    The code for adding a custom form tag was working for me in a clean WordPress installation with minimal plugins.

    Out of curiosity, what version of WordPress are you using?

    This problem could also be related to your theme/other active plugins.

    Hi @plantprogrammer thank you for checking this.
    We’re using Gourmet theme latest version and WP version is 5.9.2

    Yes it might be an issue with the theme or other plugins as you have confirmed it’s working on your end.
