Display WordPress Posts widget not updating when posts do

    I’m trying to use the display wordpress posts widget from Jetpack to display my most recent post on my page

    It did not continue to show the most recent post but the post that was the most recent at the time that I created the widget. I read that this could be fixed by clearing the cache so I did so, but when I added more blog posts, it didn’t update. I tried making a new widget of the same thing but it is also showing a post from 2 months ago instead of the most recent post.

    I would really rather not have to clear the cache every time I make a new post just for this widget to work. I’m wondering if the problem is that I’m using Elementor website builder.

    I had a look at your site from our side and noticed that our connection was out of sync. That might be responsible for the widget not properly updating.

    I’ve just started a process to re-sync the connection to see if that will resolve the issue. Please let us know if the issue persists the next time you publish a new blog post and we’ll go from there.
