    can you share a link to your site?
    which version of wordpress are you using?
    which version of the plugin are you using?
    what does your shortcode look like?
    are there any errors being thrown to the js console?

    I’m using the latest version of WordPress, and version 1.6.1 of the plugin.

    The shortcode looks like this: [tminus cid=”90″]

    Again, I did a full site backup and restore from one host to another, which is why it’s so surprising that the countdown timer stopped working.

    Are you using T(-) Countdown Control, or the free version?
    for pro support, please contact us at the support channel listed in the purchase receipt.

    The issue sounds like you have updated to the latest version of meta-box without also updating the countdown plugin. The latest version of T(-) Countdown Control is 1.7.3 and can be downloaded by logging into your-account.
