Displaying a different date as a reminder based on booked day

    Hello guys,
    I need help, I would like to do some kind of “reminder” based on the booking of my customers. I have a web where you have to book your appointment at least 15 days from today and then send me a pdf file about a doctor’s approval for the appointment 5 days before the appointment.

    So for example, when they book their appointment on 15/October/2021, I would like to display them a reminder that the deadline for the pdf is on 10/October/2021 – I would like to make it automatic in a way (I was doing it manually so far).

    I have tried to use CP_APP_HOUR_BOOKING_LIST for booking but I haven’t found a way how to modify the dates that my customers booked.

    Is there a way for something like this?
