Displaying Conditions hangs

I hope you’re well today! 🙂 We can definitely help, it actually sounds like there’s probably a conflict with another plugin or your theme.

Could you try checking for that using the following guide?

You could also try enabling debugging:
http://codex.ww.wp.xz.cn/WP_DEBUG

That should help to provide a reference to whatever file the issue’s occurring in.
