I followed instructions again. The problem continues. Is it possible that it a wordpress setting or a bug because outside wordpress the maps work perfectly?
please provide more infos (screenshot from backend eg) and also have a look if there are any error messages in the browser console (f12 in chrome) which often give hints on what’s going wrong…
PS: pro users are entitled for on-server-support (via access by a temp admin user if needed) 😉

as the fullscreen view of the map (http://thetafoods.com/new/wp-content/plugins/leaflet-maps-marker/leaflet-fullscreen.php?layer=1) works without any issue, there must be some conflict with your theme or plugin. The best way to find that out is to disable all other plugins and check if it works then – if yes, re-enable them one by one to find the culprit one. If that is not the issue, you could test by switching to e.g. twentyfourteen or twentyfifteen theme and check if it works then – if yes, your theme developer would need to outcomment e.g. css by css block or custom javascripts and re-test to identify the issue…
sorry for not having a quick fix here, but by following the approach described above, a solution should not be that hard…

Most likely it should be problem with the theme and not the plugin. Within the plugin maps work ok. Problem starts whithin the theme.
I will contact the theme developer. Many thanks again for your help.
