Displaying multiple gallery on page

    I want to display multiple gallery on a page which can be easily achieved with short code [nggallery id=x] [nggallery id=y]

    when gallery x is displayed using lightbox2, how can I stop showing gallery y in the lightbox2 popup ?

    Any help is highly appreciated.
