right now when I add a single thumbnail gallery to a page it centers it a breaks the line. I am looking to have multiples of these galleries side by side in line. Is this possibly and what is the best way to make it responsive/dymanic? (adjust the amount of galleries in a line for the browser width)

Hi there.

The best way to do this currently is to use your theme page builder to create some rows & columns and insert each single thumbnail to a separate column. This will allow your theme page builder to completely handle the responsive display of the galleries.
