Displaying Recent Posts by author

Hello,

I’ve only used Page Builder a couple times as I usually am doing simple text posts. However, I’m aggregating all my different site posts onto one site and want the home page to have four columns, each column listing the last 7 syndicated posts of a given site. Since they are listed in Posts by “Author” name, I figure I need to add something to refer to that author.

I’m not a programmer – I used to code but that feels like eons ago. I’ve opened up the Edit part in Recent Posts Widget and the only part of it I see is a CSS call area, but I have no clue how to do that or even if CSS can make this kind of call.

If you could point me in the direction of an article that would help, I would appreciate it.
