Displaying recent posts on a WordPress page

My website at http://www.headstudios.com.au has an AJAX tab section at the bottom and one of the tabs is a Blog tab which links to a blog. However even though the page it links to is a blog page it does not display the latest blog posts.

I must stress this is not a Widget but an element that I wish to add to a page.
