The Template Library is a default feature that allows you to import pre-built designs into your website.
As you’ve mentioned that the template page is not working, could you kindly check the following:
The Travelfic theme is installed and activated
The Tourfic Toolkit plugin is installed and activated
If both are properly set up, the Template Library page should be visible and will look similar to the screenshot provided.
