Hi vongoh,
Can you make sure that you have enabled comments for your posts? You can enable comments from Discussion settings in Screen Options.
Settings for the plugin can be found in DCL Settings page (see screenshot).

Hi, thanks for the prompt response!
I followed your instructions and enabled comments in the Screen Options, it was unchecked. I also had all of the DCL Settings to default. Neither one of these worked.
However I looked under Genesis > Theme Settings > Comments and Trackbacks and in the theme I am using Enable Comments > ‘on posts?’ was unchecked.
When I checked that and refreshed the Disqus comments showed up. Thanks again!
Hi,
Yes. You have to enable comments there by checking those checkboxes!
Happy to know that comments are working now!
I’m having a similar issue. But I believe all my boxes are checked. I just can’t get Disqus to show up on my posts.

@ajoyshop,
Does default WordPress comments work when you deactivate Disqus?
Yes, it does. I actually deactivated your plugin at the moment because I just couldn’t get it to work at all. But if you have any ideas, I really would like to get it working. The designer of my theme had implemented Disqus but he really messed it up and doesn’t have any of the syncing options. I don’t know if that could be conflicting.
Yes. That is where the issue is. I can see that incomplete Disqus script is already there in your theme. Please remove that first.
Hmm, I see two instances of Disqus ID code in single.php. Not sure if I remove both or one of them. Or how to do it without breaking the posts lol.
Remove everything related to Disqus from single.php and activate our plugin π
