    What theme is it? If it is a free one hosted on ww.wp.xz.cn, I may check in my environment.

    Try adding the following CSS via Dashboard -> Appearance -> Responsive Column Widgets -> Edit -> CSS Rule.

    .responsive_column_widgets_column {
    margin-top: 0;
    margin-bottom: 0;
}
