Distorted email format when receiving the form

It could be an email configuration issue. Please see https://docs.wpeverest.com/everest-forms/docs/email-settings for instructions on how to customize the email content.

If you want to create your email format for the receiver, you can select each field in your message box and format it with your custom HTML. For more clarification, please check this screenshot https://prnt.sc/WFho3yaYycug
