• I am new to divi builder.

    Our website is built by someone else and there are lines of codes that I need to update.

    If you view the page source, you can see these line of codes

    <div itemscope="" itemtype="https://schema.org/Product">
    <ul>
    <li>1×  <span itemprop="name">SW-RAF1800</span> (25W fan)</li>
    <li>1× <span itemprop="name">Eave Vent</span></li>
    <li>4×  <span itemprop="name">Ceiling Vents</span></li>
    </ul>
    </div>

    However, when I check the page in backend, I am unable to see
    the “itemscope”, “itemtype”, and “itemprop”.

    Where can I find these codes on my web page?

    Divi is a commercial product.

    WordPress support volunteers here are not given access to any commercial products. So we’re unable to install the Divi theme and/or plugin and provide any sort of help.

    Please contact Divi’s vendor for help. They built and sold the product, and should be in the best position to help you.

    Good luck!

    For pro or commercial product support please contact the developer directly on their site. This includes any pre-sales topics as well.

    As the developer is aware, commercial products are not supported in these forums. I am sure they will have no problem supporting you there.
