    Yoast plugin version – 16.9
Divi Builder plugin version – 4.9.11

After updating WordPress and plugin, I am facing this issue. Divi builder can’t load in the backend.

Its works when we are deactivated Yoast Plugin.

    Can You please help me.

    Hi @gauravphpdeveloper

We understand you have an issue with Divi Builder and the latest version of Yoast SEO 16.9.

Could you please check if you are on the latest version of WP 5.8, on the latest versions of your other plugins and themes, and are meeting the necessary plugin requirements?

Often, we see problems occur in combination with another plugin or theme. The fastest way to rule out any conflict, is to deactivate all non-Yoast plugins and switch to a standard theme like Twenty Twenty.

Please test this on your development or staging site, if you have one. If not, we recommend using the Health Check & Troubleshooting plugin. This plugin has a troubleshooting mode, which does not affect normal visitors to your site.

If you’re unfamiliar with checking for conflicts, we’d like to point you to a step-by-step guide that will walk you through the process: How to check for plugin conflicts

If you do not feel comfortable to do this yourself or if this does not solve your issue, our Yoast SEO Premium plugin comes with one year of (technical) support.

Yes, I have checked it with wordpress 5.8.

Divi builder working when we deactivated seo yoast plugin.

Once we active it, it’s conflict with DIVI builder.

Can you please suggest how we can resolve this.

    Thanks

    Hi @gauravphpdeveloper

Could you share a screenshot of any JavaScript errors that appear in your browser’s console – https://yoast.com/help/how-to-find-javascript-errors-with-your-browsers-console/

Could you please perform a conflict check using the troubleshooting mode in the Health Check plugin and start with a default WP theme such as TwentyTwenty, and only Yoast SEO and Divi Builder as the plugins enabled. Are you then able to reproduce the issue?

If not, then we recommend continuing to enable your plugins and preferred theme, one by one, until you are able to reproduce the issue and identify the plugin or theme conflict.

We are sorry to hear that you’re still having trouble with our plugin. Due to the nature of the issue, we’ll need to take a look at your setup. However, we are unable to do it here as this is a public forum.

So, if you have an active Yoast SEO Premium subscription or if you can consider buying one, we can investigate the issue further directly on your setup privately through email.

However, if you don’t wish to get the Yoast SEO Premium subscription, that’s completely fine. In this case, you’ll need to troubleshoot the issue further on your setup as we are literally out of any clue at this moment without taking a look at the setup. So, someone from the community might step forward as well who has experienced or is familiar with the issue.

    Thanks for your understanding!
