We have the problem as well. The Chrome DevTools console shows the error message “Loading the Google Maps JavaScript API without a callback is not supported: https://developers.google.com/maps/documentation/javascript/url-params#required_parameters” ; Installed versions: – WordPress 6.2 – Divi theme v6.2 – Complianz v6.4.3
Hi @thebrewroom and @adsandfriends ,
Could you verify that both the Google Maps and Divi integrations have been enabled under Complianz > Integrations?
If they have been enabled, but the behavior persists, please try adding the below line under Complianz > Integrations > Add a third-party script .
setTimeout(cmplz_divi_init_map, 300);
Kind regards, Jarno
Sorry, doesn’t work.
(Same problem since Complianz v.6.4.3 update)
Hi @msfelixzecat ,
Could you confirm that each step as provided above has been applied? As it seems to work fine on the example page here: /divi-map/
If you share some further details about your configuration, and the page where we can find the Map on your website; that would allow us to check what the difference between our setups might be.
Kind regards, Jarno
Hi @jarnovos , adding setTimeout(cmplz_divi_init_map, 300); worked for us. Thanks a lot!
@jarnovos that did the trick! Thank you!
Sorry, I must do something wrong !

Hi @aahulsebos ,
I don’t see what you mean, what integration ? Could you be more specific ?
I’m french, and the parameters are not allways well translated…
Thanks a lot
Marie
Hi @msfelixzecat ,
My colleague is referring to the fact that your new “Google Maps Divi” Integration is not enabled yet, you can do this with the Slider/Toggle.
Enable it, click Save once more; and you’re done. Please find a screenshot below to illustrate which slider I’m referring to.
Thanks all of you for having so much patience with me.
The problem is solved, I’ll continue to use Complainz !
Hi @msfelixzecat ,
Glad to hear that worked, and it’s not a problem at all!
We’re happy to keep you on board as a Complianz user. Feel free to reach out if you have further questions about the plugin.
Kind regards, Jarno
