Divi incapability Issue
-
After open a ticket with Divi support because a website I was updating wasn’t let the menu not open in any Mobile devices. We did all we can from disconnect all plugins, Remove all css code, clear the cache, nothing worked … The support pass me the Support Leads who was writing me this:
“I have checked your website, and no Mobile menu is being generated that’s why clicking on the hamburger icon doesn’t do anything.
The problem is actually with the WP Fastest Cache plugin. However, I am not able to properly clear the cache from the plugin as a result, the pages that are being loaded are always coming from the cache that WP Fastest cache plugin created before, even if the plugin is currently deactivated.
However, if a new page is created, since I left the WP Fastest Cache deactivated, the mobile menu will work as expected.
So to make sure that the Mobile menu will work as well on other pages, please clear that cache.”
Do you agree the issue is this due to WP Fastest Cache plugin ? I’m little worry now on how to fix the issue and maybe I’ll have same problem in other websites?
Waiting for a replay … I’m very concerning this won’t fix and I have to recreate all the page copy and paste of the website!
